RIVO
Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-27
Please read these terms in full before using RIVO PRO. By registering for or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Risk Disclosure, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
1. Service provider
- RIVO PRO (the "Service") is provided by RIVO Labs (the RIVO operating team) ("we", "us").
- Contact: Telegram @RIVO_Pro, email [email protected].
2. What the Service does
- The Service is a software tool. Using the Bitfinex API key you provide and the lending style you choose, it automatically places, adjusts and cancels funding offers in your own Bitfinex account.
- Your funds always stay in your own Bitfinex account. We never hold, handle or withdraw your funds.
- The Service is not a bank, broker, investment adviser or asset manager. It gives no investment advice and guarantees no return. Annual yields, public performance and calculators on the website are past data or estimates and do not predict future results.
- The Service depends on Bitfinex systems and APIs. If Bitfinex goes down, changes its rules, limits API access or restricts your account, the Service may not work.
- RIVO is an independent third-party tool with no affiliation, agency or partnership with Bitfinex (iFinex Inc.). Bitfinex does not endorse or guarantee any third-party tool; your relationship with Bitfinex is governed by Bitfinex's own terms.
- Bitfinex charges a funding fee on your interest income (currently 15% of interest, per Bitfinex's announcements). This fee is charged by Bitfinex and is separate from RIVO's plan fees.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and permitted to use Bitfinex funding.
- Do not use the Service where local law prohibits or restricts crypto-asset lending. You are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful.
- One account per person; the free trial is available once per person.
4. Account and API key
- Provide a valid email and keep your password safe. You are responsible for losses caused by others using your account, except where caused by our system failure.
- Your Bitfinex API key must only have the permissions the Service needs (wallet read and funding). Never enable withdrawal permission. We recommend an IP allowlist on the key.
- API keys are stored encrypted and used only to lend for you. You can delete the key in the Service or on Bitfinex at any time; the Service then stops acting for you.
5. Plans, trial and payment
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial under LV1 rules (funding limit US$15,000). If you do not pay when the trial ends, automation stops; loans already taken run to their original term and are not recalled early.
- Paid plans come in several levels, billed quarterly, semi-annually or annually in USDT (TRC20) in advance. Prices, funding limits, check frequency and any annual bonus days are as shown on the website at the time of payment.
- Pay the exact amount shown on the invoice to the given address within the time limit. We will help investigate wrong amounts, networks or addresses, but cannot guarantee recovery.
- Plans never auto-renew or auto-charge. If you do not renew, automation stops at expiry and existing loans run to their original term.
- When upgrading, the remaining days of your current plan are credited toward the new plan according to the website rules.
- We may change plan prices and features with notice on the website. Periods you have already paid for keep their original price and features.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
6. Referral rewards
- Members can invite friends with their referral link. When a referred friend pays (including every later renewal), you earn a share of that payment (currently 20%, as shown on the website).
- Rewards are counted in USDT. Once they reach the minimum shown on the website (currently 10 USDT), you can request a payout to your TRC20 address, which we send after review.
- Self-referral, multiple accounts or other abuse is not allowed; if confirmed, we may cancel the rewards and suspend the account.
- If a referred payment is refunded, the related reward is cancelled; amounts already paid out may be deducted from later rewards.
- We may change or end the referral program. Rewards earned before a change follow the old rules.
7. Your responsibilities
- You choose your lending style and settings and bear the lending results.
- Do not use the Service for money laundering, fraud or other illegal activity, and do not attack, reverse-engineer or flood the Service with requests.
- If you breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account; in serious cases, fees paid may not be refunded.
8. Interruptions and changes
- We work to keep the Service stable but cannot guarantee it will never stop. Maintenance, updates or force majeure (power, network, Bitfinex outages, etc.) may cause pauses.
- During an interruption your funds stay in your Bitfinex account and existing loans are unaffected; new offers and rate adjustments simply pause.
- We may change features, lending logic and prices. Price changes do not affect periods you have already paid for.
9. Limitation of liability
- Crypto lending carries risk (see the Risk Disclosure). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for market rate changes, idle funds that are not borrowed, failures, insolvency, freezes or rule changes at Bitfinex or other third parties, or your own settings or key security.
- We are liable as required by law for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
- You may stop using the Service, delete your API key or ask us to delete your account at any time.
- If we end the Service, we will give advance notice on the website or by email and handle the remaining period under the Refund Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we post them on the website and update the version date. For material changes we will ask you to accept again when you log in; if you do not agree, you may stop using the Service.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
- Disputes will first be discussed by Telegram or email. If not resolved, the Taiwan Taipei District Court has first-instance jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
