Independent service and scope

RIVO provides automated Bitfinex funding-offer and strategy software. It is not owned or operated by Bitfinex and is not its agent or official partner. No exchange endorsement is implied. Read this disclaimer with the Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Mandatory laws and rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

Non-custodial service and API access

Funding principal remains in your own Bitfinex account. RIVO does not receive, hold or withdraw your funding principal; service fees are separate from that principal. Grant only necessary read and funding-offer permissions, never withdrawal or unnecessary trading or transfer permissions. API access does not transfer asset ownership, but can affect offers and fund availability. Protect your account and keys; you may revoke access at the exchange.

Automation and full-balance authorization

When live automation is enabled, the service may submit, cancel or adjust offers within your authorized assets, amounts and strategy without confirming each offer separately. LV4 has no plan-level aggregate cap; this does not mean every asset will be deployed. If you separately enable full-available-balance authorization, eligible available funding balances may be deployed on an ongoing basis. Existing offers, outstanding loans, reserves and exchange restrictions still affect available amounts.

Rates, AI and returns are not guaranteed

Rates and fills depend on exchange supply and demand, order conditions and execution timing. Market data, FRR references, AI explanations, estimates and annualized figures are not guaranteed to be current, complete, executable or the highest available. Annualized rates are not realized returns; idle time, early repayment, fees and market changes can reduce earnings. Historical or simulated results do not predict future results. Principal, interest and superiority to other services are not guaranteed.

USD, USDT and exchange risks

USD and USDT are different assets with distinct funding markets, rates and risks. USDT is not a bank deposit in US dollars and involves potential depegging, issuer, reserve and redemption risks. Exchange insolvency, outages, withdrawal restrictions, hacking, security incidents, regulatory changes, extreme markets and unforeseen events may make funds inaccessible for extended periods or cause partial or total loss of principal and interest.

Technical, data and execution risks

API limits or failures, HTTP errors, delayed or incomplete data, network or third-party outages and software defects may cause failed, delayed or duplicate offers, failed cancellations or temporarily inconsistent states. Recommendations, success messages and scheduler records do not establish a fill or earned interest. Reconcile offers, loans and accounting records with the exchange; disable automation and contact support when problems arise.

Stopping automation and recovering funds

Disabling automation or using an emergency stop does not guarantee immediate reversal of requests already sent, cancellation of every existing offer or immediate repayment of outstanding loans. Cancellation and repayment depend on exchange rules and actual state. You may review your exchange account, cancel eligible offers and revoke API keys directly. Revoking a key can also prevent RIVO from cancelling existing offers on your behalf.

Your judgment and no investment advice

Content supports use of the software and understanding of market information; it is not personalized investment advice, solicitation or legal, tax or financial advice. Assess your risk tolerance, liquidity needs, authorization settings and local requirements, and consult qualified advisers when needed. Using RIVO does not remove your responsibilities for your exchange account, reporting or taxes.

Service changes and notices

Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Features may change or be suspended for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Material changes affecting user rights will be notified as required by applicable law and the Terms of Service, with renewed consent where necessary. Urgent security measures may take effect first. Fees, refunds, personal data and termination are governed by the relevant policies.

Liability and statutory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RIVO is not liable for losses attributable to exchange events, third-party failures, market movements or user actions for which RIVO is not legally responsible. Calling an incident a hack or black-swan event does not itself excuse RIVO's own responsibility. No limitation excludes intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
